  • What is your shipping policy?

    Our processing time is 5-7 business days, not including holidays or weekends. Orders are shipped Monday-Friday.


    *During the holidays season it could be up to 11 days.

  • What type of payment methods do you accept?

    We accept any US-issued and most internationally-issued magstripe or chip cards bearing a Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, JCB, or UnionPay logo.

  • Can I get a full refund?

    If you receive a damaged item and would like a replacement item or refund, please email us at customercare@naturallynaquai.com within 14 days of the delivery date for a resolution. Please attach a photo of the damaged item to the email.

  • What is your return policy?

    Because we ensure the safety and purity of our products, we cannot accept returns on body care products.

CEO & Founder

As the CEO & Founder of Naturally NaQuai, Jamera invests her soul and imagination into every product that she creates. She received the vision for Naturally NaQuai while making fragrance oils in her kitchen. Every product is handmade by her with unique scents and thoroughly researched ingredients.


An avid reader and poet, Jamera resides in Salt Lake City, UT where she enjoys scenic rides, the live music and poetry scene, and networking with fellow small business owners. In August 2023 Jamera opened her first Naturally NaQuai storefront where she sells her natural body care products.  You can find her on Instagram @jameranaquai.
